Hi, I'm Alyson. I'm the founder and single employee of Southern Flair Designs.

I would like to take a moment to explain why Southern Flair Designs isn't just my business, it's my life's purpose. And why you can trust me with your greatest and most cherished memories.

 

I believe the moments that matter most deserve more than just a place in your phone. They deserve to be part of your every day life.

That belief is what started everything.

 

The first lamp I ever created had our ultrasound photos on it. I made it, because she was already so special to us, and I wanted to be able to see her everyday. I didn't want to worry about losing the small roll of photos they give you at the doctors office. I wanted to see her always.

That's why I make these lamps. So favorite memories, favorite photos, loved ones, are always right there. No digging through phone photos or losing physical copies. It's piece of mind. It's joy. It's love.

I understand that life moves fast. Photos pile up. And somehow, the moments we care about most end up tucked away. Rarely to be seen again, if at all. Cherished moments get lost and forgotten.

I wanted to change that.

My goal is simple: to help you bring those memories back into your space in a way that feels natural, beautiful, and lasting.

Nothing flashy or overdesigned. Just simple, elegant, and timeless.

I take care with each photo that is sent in to ensure that it looks beautiful on your lamp. Because I know how much love these photos hold, and how special these memories are. 

And at the end of the day, this isn't just a lamp. It's about what happens when you plug it in for the first time. It's about the pause, the smile, the emotion (maybe even the tears) that come when you see it.
